Terms and conditions (Lucky Draw)

1. This lucky draw is valid for orders made during the group buy campaign period only (28 – 30 November 2025). 
2. Every successful order qualifies for lucky draw entries, with the number of entries determined by the package purchased.

3. A successful order refers to a fully paid order that is not cancelled or refunded. 
4. Winners will be randomly selected after the campaign ends and announced within 14 working days. 
5. Prizes include: 
   • Grand Prize (1 winner): Desly Complete Skincare Set (worth RM825) 
   • Second Prize (1 winner): Desly Basic Skincare Set (worth RM626) 
   • Third Prize (1 winner): Desly Mini Skincare Set (worth RM378) 
   • Consolation Prize (5 winners): Desly The Intensive Hydrating Face Treatment Mask 80ml (worth RM199 each) 
6. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
7. In the event a winner is unreachable within 7 working days from the announcement date, another winner may be selected. 
8. The organiser reserves the right to verify order validity and disqualify fake, duplicate, or fraudulent orders. 
9. The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Terms and conditions (Special Reward)

1. This special reward is valid for orders placed within the campaign period only (28 – 30 November 2025). 
2. Every 50th successful order (50th, 100th, 150th, etc.) will receive a PharmDx voucher equivalent to the purchase value (e.g., a RM99.80 purchase will receive a RM99.80 PharmDx voucher) 
3. A successful order refers to a completed and fully paid order that is not cancelled or refunded. 
4. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp within 14 working days after order confirmation. 
5. PharmDx voucher issued is of equal value to the order amount EXCLUDING shipping fees. 
6. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on PharmDx Official Website only, and for AiPharma products only. 
7. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for one-time use only. 
8. If the winning order was part of a promotional bundle or discount, the voucher value will be based on the actual amount paid. 
9. The organiser reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of orders and disqualify entries deemed fraudulent or suspicious. 
10. The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
