What is URTIs?
URTIs are often caused by viruses, such as the rhinovirus, and are more common in the fall and winter.
Symptoms: cough, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, low-grade fever, facial pressure, and sneezing.
What is the need for probiotics?
Under natural conditions, a healthy gut microflora develops and there is no need for probiotic supplementation. However, a busy lifestyle and poor diet of processed food plus the overuse of antibiotics would alter the composition of gut microbiota. Probiotic replenish good bacteria in the gut, contributing a good microflora.
Prebiotic Inulin
Inulin is a prebiotic derived from chicory roots.
Inulin feeds the good bacteria and promotes a favourable environment for the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
Suggested Use
Children (1 year and above): Take 1 sachet (2g powder) once daily with meal.
Adult: Take 1 sachet (2g powder) once daily with meal.
The content can be consumed directly or mixed with water.
