Directions
Adult:1 to 2 capsules once daily before meal.
Children(above 3 years old): Take 1 capsule once daily before meal.
Children(1-3 years old)::Take 1 capsule once daily with meal. Open the capsule, mix the content well into 50ml of water/milk and consume immediately.
Warnings
Gap for at least 4 hours in between probiotic and antibiotic to avoid drug interaction.
