Directions

Recommended to take 1-2 sachets daily. May consume directly from the sachet. Not to be taken with hot foods and beverages.
Off-label recommendation: Baby & Toddlers (6-24 months): Mild, Moderate & Severe URTI, Asthma or Sinus Allergy = Half to 1 sachet daily
Children (2-12 years): Mild & Moderate URTI, Asthma or Sinus Allergy = 1 sachet daily Severe URTI, Asthma or Sinus Allergy = 1 sachet, twice daily

Generally, no. However, some people especially smokers may experience more phlegm or coughing in the first few days of consumption due to the activation of natural ‘lung-cleansing’ effect.
