Suggested Use
Mix 3 scoops (~51g) of GiControl with 200ml warm water. May mix into everyday food (such as cereal, porridge, soup) or beverages – warm or cold. 1-2 times per day.

- It is not a medicine, GiControl is a low GI nutrition designed to help blunt the rapid increase in post-meal blood sugar response. GiControl is designed to meet the nutritional requirements of people with diabetes, while helping to manage their blood sugar.
- How long does it take to see the effect?
- Results may vary from person to person. However, according to scientific research on low GI diet, HbA1c reduction can be seen from 6 weeks onwards.
- Is GiControl suitable for lactose intolerance?
- The lactose content per 100g is minimal (<1g), making it suitable for individuals who are lactose intolerant to consume.
