Formulated with:

  2. Vitamin D3: Promotes calcium absorption into intestine

Suitable for general health maintenance, pregnant or breastfeeding women, menopause, elderly, people with lactose intolerance and osteoporosis.

Directions

Adult: Take 1-2 tablet(s) daily with a meal

Warnings

  1. It is not advisable for below 6 years due to tablet size
