FOOD FOR SPECIAL MEDICAL PURPOSES  

Comidagen PLUS is a hypoallergenic, nutritionally complete, amino acid based powdered formula, containing carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. 

Indication  

Comidagen PLUS is for the dietary management of cow’s milk allergy (CMA), multiple food protein allergies (MFPA) and other conditions where an amino acid-based formula may be recommended. Suitable from one year onwards. 

Dosage and administration  

To be determined by the clinician or dietitian and is dependent on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient. 

Preparation Guidelines 

Measure the required volume of water and add the number of scoops recommended by the clinician or dietitian.  

To prepare 100ml formula at 22% standard dilution (1kcal/ml):  

1. Pour 84ml of water into a feeding container. 
2. Add 3 scoops* Comidagen PLUS (approximately 22g) powder. 
3. Mix well until all the powder is dissolved. *1 level scoop = approx. 7,3g Comidagen PLUS 

The product should be freshly prepared and consumed immediately. If this is not possible, then all prepared product must be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours, if kept at room temperature, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Re-shake before use. 

Standard dilution  

100ml formula at 22% standard dilution (1kcal/ml) 

Important notices

Use under medical supervision.  

• Suitable as a sole source of nutrition in children 1 – 10 years of age or as a supplement to the diet from 1 year onwards. 
• Not for parenteral use.

Comidagen PLUS does not contain any allergens. Other dietary requirements Vegetarian/Vegan 

Comidagen PLUS is suitable for vegetarians.  

Comidagen PLUS is not suitable for a vegan diet as it contains animal derived ingredients. Halal/Kosher Comidagen PLUS is not suitable for a halal diet.  

Comidagen PLUS is not suitable for a kosher diet.
