- Graduation certificate or degree (e.g., MBBS, BPharm, DDS)
- Membership card for professional associations (e.g., MMA, MPS, or MAPS)
- Letter of appointment or employment verification from your workplace
- Employee name tag
- Organisational chart showing your role in the healthcare institution
