Delivery Policy

1. Shipping fee will be calculated based on weight of shipment and delivery location and will be stated upon checkout.

2. Please allow five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and seven (7) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for order processing from date of Pharmdx confirmation of acceptance of an order. Please note the above estimated delivery days are to be used as a guide only.

3. Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Shipping and tracking information will be provided thereafter.

4. Your order will be delivered to you via our appointed courier service provider at our discretion. We are unable to accept delivery to a P.O. Box address. There may be delivery charges, which will be added when you checkout. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the delivery charges before continuing your order.

5. Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that any orders received outside of these operation hours will be processed upon the resumption of our regular business hours.

6. We cannot guarantee the precise delivery time and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

7. We reserve the right to withhold processing and delivery of your order if there is any doubt whatsoever as to order payment status or insufficient identification.

Pick Up Policy

1. If you choose to pick up your order from our office, you will receive an E-mail or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for collection.

2. The pick-up location is: Pharmdx Sdn Bhd.8C, Jalan 1/137C, Off Jalan Klang Lama, Bedford Business Park, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

3. You will be notified via E-mail or WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Kindly ensure you pick up your order within 10 working days from the date of notification.

4. Upon collection, you will be required to sign a document acknowledging receipt of your order.

5. We strongly advise you to inspect your order, including item quantity and condition, before leaving the premises. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to our staff.

6. Pick-up is available during our business hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders collected outside these hours will not be entertained.

7. If a third party is collecting the order on your behalf, please inform us in advance and ensure they bring a copy of the order confirmation and identification for verification.

8. Orders not collected within 10 working days from the notification date may be canceled without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
