AyuricTM is a clinically proven vegetarian, water-soluble product for hyperuricemia. It is derived from edible fruits of Terminalia bellerica, an ancient Ayurvedic plant, which is one of the three components of the famous Ayurvedic formula “Triphala.”

How It Works
Inhibit the action of enzyme xanthine oxidase (XO), reducing the conversion of hypoxanthine and xanthine to uric acid.
Clinical Evidences
The study evaluates the efficacy of standardized aqueous extracts of Terminalia chebula and Terminalia bellerica against febuxostat and placebo. A significant reduction in mean serum uric acid levels was observed as early as 4 weeks, stabilizing after 16 weeks and remaining consistent until 24 weeks. The Terminalia bellerica group showed a 28% reduction, while febuxostat achieved 49%, indicating approximately 50% efficacy compared to the prescription drug.
Potential Side Effects
- May has some anticoagulant properties.
- It is rare generally but please discontinue use if gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and/or skin rash appears.
