It contains a unique combination of xylitol and purified isotonic seawater. Xylitol, a natural plant sugar, strengthens and protects the nasal membrane from bacteria and impurities, while purified isotonic seawater cleanses and soothes the nasal and sinus cavities. Fresnoz+ Nasal Spray is also effective in helping to prevent respiratory tract infections in individuals with rhinitis and sinusitis.
