Suggested Use
Add two scoops (30g) to warm or room temperature water, stir well and consume. Take once daily preferably before meal.

- Can I take Phyto Oat together with medications?
- Consume Phyto Oat 1-2 hours after taking any medications.
- Can Phyto Oat replace my hyperlipidaemia medication?
- While Phyto Oat can help normalise elevated blood cholesterol, we recommend consulting your attending physician as soon as possible on whether it is suitable to stop your hyperlipidaemia medication. If you have not been prescribed any hyperlipidaemia medication but your blood cholesterol is still high after taking Phyto Oat, we recommend seeking advice from physician on how to better control your blood cholesterol.
- Can I take Phyto Oat together with Fish oil?
- Yes, but beta glucan can reduce the absorption of fish oil. Separate the time of consumption.
- How long does it take to see the effect?
- Results may vary from person to person, but the recommended treatment time is 3 months. Phyto Oat is intended for daily and long term use for health maintenance.
