- If I consume medication, can I take Omega-3 Fish Oil together with medication?
- We recommend consuming Omega-3 Fish Oil 1-2 hours after taking any medications.
- Are there any side effects?
- Generally, it has no known side effects. However, some people may experience mild conditions of loose stools when they first introduce fish oil to their diet. This is due to body’s adjustment to sudden high healthy fat consumption.
- How long does it take to see an effect?
- The results vary from person to person. However, the recommended treatment time is at least 3 months.
