Orders

    1. Hover to the top right user icon. 
    2. Select “Sign Up“.
    3. Fill up the form and make sure you agree to our terms and conditions.
    4. Click on the “Sign Up” button. 
    5. You will receive a confirmation email notification from us. 
    6. You can then log in with your account and browse Pharm-dx.

    3. Fill up the form and make sure you toggle the checkbox of “Sign Up as a Healthcare Professional”
    4. You are required to fill up this section and make sure the information is accurate to your profession:

      • Your full name
      • Professional Registration Number
      • Healthcare Profession
      • Institution
      • Referral Code (If Applicable)

    5. Make sure you agree to our terms and conditions.
    6. Click on the “Sign Up” button.
    7. Please allow at least 5 working days for us to verify your account and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
    8. You can then log in with your healthcare professional account to browse Pharm-dx.

Shopping with Pharm-dx is hassle-free. Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Add items to your shopping cart.
  3. Fill up your shipping address.
  4. Click on the pay button.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method.
  6. Fill in your bank details.
  7. Proceed to checkout. 

You will receive an order confirmation after payment is successfully made. Alternatively, you can also place an order as a guest user. However, you won’t be able to collect and redeem points for guest user purchases.

An order will be placed, and you will receive an order confirmation email from us after we receive the payment.

Please review the items in your cart before paying. You won’t be able to cancel or amend the order once the payment is made.

Payment

Unfortunately, we do not offer any installment payment option at the moment.

Payment options available in Pharm-dx: 

    1. E-wallet  (e.g. Touch n Go, Boost, Grab Pay, Maybank QR, Shopee Pay, We Chat Pay)
    2. Credit / Debit Card 
    3. FPX Internet Banking

Delivery

Currently we only provide local delivery within Malaysia only. Kindly drop us an email at info@pharmdx.com.my if you would like to make a delivery outside of Malaysia.

Shipping cost is subject to order weight and location, and will be calculated after you have filled in the delivery address. Please note that the shipping rates are subject to change at Pharmdx’s discretion.

Yes. Free Delivery option will be automatically triggered when your order is above RM 120. 

Please allow five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and eight (8) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for order processing from date of Pharm-dx confirmation of acceptance of an order. Please note the above estimated delivery days are to be used as a guide only.
Please contact our support team support@pharmdx.com.my if you have not received your orders. Our support team will check the status of your
parcel and revert to you as soon as possible.

Points Redemption

We reward our customers for any online purchases made on Pharm-dx. Every RM 1 spent earns you one point. The more you spend, the more
points you collect.
You will receive RM 1 in exchange for 100 points that you have collected. For instance, if you have 1,000 points in your account, you can redeem
RM 10 OFF for your next online purchase.
    1. Login to your account.
    2. Add items to your shopping cart.
    3. During checkout stage, you will see a message showing your total points in your account, select “Click Here“.
    4. There will be a pop up message showing your available points.
    5. Select “Redeem Now” under My Reward – Use Your Points.
    6. You can manually key in how much points you wish to redeem, then selects “Redeem“.
      (However, please note that once you have redeemed the points into coupon, you cannot reverse the process) 
    7. You will notice the price has been reduced  on the cart summary page. 
    8. You may now proceed to make checkout and make payment.
Your points will expire after 2 years if you did not redeem it.

Option 1: Check Out Page

    1. Login to your account.
    2. Add items to your shopping cart.
    3. During checkout stage, you will see a message showing your total points in your account, select “Click Here“.
    4. There will be a pop up message showing your available points.
    5. Select “Coupons” under My Reward.
    6. Choose any available coupon(s) and select “Apply Coupon“.
 

Option 2: My Reward Page 

    1. Login to your account. 
    2. Hover to the bottom right and select “My Rewards“. 
    3. Select “Redeem“. 
    4. Select “My Reward“.
    5. Select “Coupon“.
    6. Choose your coupon and select “Apply
Please note that your points can only be redeemed for online purchases. Your points are not exchangeable for cash.
